This is a Raccoon!!
My neighbor told us when we moved in that there was an albino raccoon living in the woods behind our house. I honestly thought that she had seen a possum and didn't know the difference. I feel bad now, because this is most definitely an albino raccoon!
We took some video too. I will try to get it posted as soon as I can figure it out.

That is the kind of thing crazy 16th century folk tales are made of. Maybe he has special powers and he'll grant you three wishes. You should catch him and find out!
